Beacon Award Winner Chad Boltz

Chad Boltz one of Salon Foushee's up and coming hair dressers just won the "Beacon Award" The Beacon is a nationwide contest for cosmetology students that is organized by the Professional Beauty Association. 100 students are selected based on a photo shoot, resume, and marketing piece to receive special training with some of the biggest names in the industry during the PBA/Cosmology Professionals Conference in Vegas!
