Pre-Bath Body Oil
Applying oil before you get in the bath is a great way to combat dry skin during the winter months and will help to relieve holiday stress (Example: Paul Mitchell Lavender Mint Essential Oil). Use 15-30 drops of essential oil in 1 ounce of carrier oil such as Jojoba; massage the oil into your skin all over your body before getting into the tub and let your stress melt away.
Note of caution: the tub will be slippery after you get out!
