1. Clean Your Skin: After removing makeup, gently cleanse skin with lukewarm water while using a small amount of creme cleanser. Creme cleansers tend to be less drying than foam cleansers. Clarisonic brushes will help get skin even cleaner than cleanser alone. Using a small amount of cool water to rinse the skin will help close pores.

2. Hydrate Your Skin. Use a vitamin C moisturizer for hydration. Vitamin C is a great anti-oxidant. It will help sun-damaged skin recover more quickly by starting the process of shedding some of the summer's sun-exposed skin. For additional hydration consider a product with hyaluronic acid.

3. Exfoliate. There are several options for exfoliation. Retin-A or retinol can be used. These will help with sun damage as well. Other options include glycolic masques and Clarisonic brushes. For more aggressive exfoliation try a microderm or chemical peel. Good exfoliation will keep pores clean and skin looking radiant.

4. Sun Protection. Be sure to wear physical sun block. Look for a product with SPF 35 or higher that contains titanium or zinc oxide. Wear sun block under your makeup every day regardless of the amount of time you spend outside. It drastically reduces the aging process of the skin and will help keep skin moisturized.

5. Sleep and Drink. Get adequate sleep and be sure to drink plenty of water.
