Water: The Fountain of Youth!
Water is the ultimate beauty tonic. It makes your skin
appear more youthful, your hair appear more shiny, and makes you feel
more energetic in your body. Most people do not know how much water
they should be consuming. The amount is different for everyone. The
general rule of thumb is to take your body weight and divide by 2.
This equals the numbers of ounces of water you should consume per day.
Example: 140 lbs/ 2= 70oz. a 1 liter bottle of water contains about
39 oz of water.
